This article covers our procedures and how we work with you to complete your web presence and to make your part enjoyable and stress-free. One thing we are known for is our great customer service. That being said, let's get started.
The outline shown below are the steps in order that we will need to perform. Not all of the steps require your presence.
1. You will need to pick a template for your design. If you are not familiar with what a template is, I will explain. A template is a pre-constructed, shell of a website. Everyone uses templates. Why? Why invent the wheel. Working with a pre-built template is much, much faster to get you up and running. We can always go the custom design route, but it will triple the amount of time and dollars. So, why do custom? We will provide you with hundreds of templates to view. You simply pick the one in your work category that you like and it fits your business type. The templates are provided by "Site Builder" as shown in the logo above.
2. Gather your content: This involves any graphics images that will be used on your website such as pictures of your business, inventory, and company logo. If you do not have a logo, we can design one for you at low cost.
3. Domain name: You will give us a listing of what you wish to use for your domain name. It should be a word or series of words separated by a "-". We will always try for a .com domain name but there are many others if ".com" is not available.
4. Setting up your Web Hosting account: This is performed on one of our servers. You will have your own space with login id and password. This is where you can create email addresses, view the number of hits or views for your website, and many other features. Don't worry, we provide you with good documentation. If you get stuck, you can call, email, or use support chat to get your answer. Your control panel is called "cPanel" as shown in the logo below.

5. Once all of the above has been completed, we will upload your template to the web-hosting account and begin the customization process. Will will make sure that your domain name and web-hosing account are "Live" on the internet so you can view the changes in real-time.
